Another standout advantage of this location is its unbeatable convenience. Enjoy easy access to grocery and liquor stores like Publix and Super Target, less than 3 miles away. Walmart and Total Wine are within the delivery area. The Southwest Florida International Airport is a quick 16-mile drive.

We provide a unique customized door code for the duration of your visit. This code is exclusively yours, ensuring your privacy and security throughout your stay. Our guests appreciate the freedom to choose their own door code.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. so we ask all our guests to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in creating a serene and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Safety and Security:
Casa Bonita Florida is equipped with a comprehensive, state-of-the-art security system designed to ensure guest safety and protect the property. This system includes seven motion-activated cameras strategically placed around the exterior of the home, recording both audio and video. These cameras are invaluable for managing the property during vacancy periods, hurricane season, and safeguarding against any potential issues.

To further enhance safety, freeze and flood sensors are installed under sinks, behind toilets, beneath the refrigerator water line, and at the base of the hot water heater, providing extra protection for the property.
